This document outlines the terms of service, privacy policy, and important customer guidelines to ensure transparency and quality service.
1. Communication & Service Requests
- All service requests, inquiries, and discussions can be conducted over phone or through our official digital platforms.
- Customers are encouraged to clearly explain the issue on call to help us assign the right technician.
2. Location & Technician Visits
- Customers must share their correct location via phone, message, or any preferred platform to ensure accurate and timely technician dispatch.
- A flat visit charge of PKR 1000 is applicable when a technician visits your location, regardless of the repair work performed.
3. Inspection & Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the appliance thoroughly before the technician leaves the premises.
- Once the technician has left, the company will not be held responsible for any issues unless:
- There is documented proof of technician error.
- The issue is immediately reported as unresolved before the technician’s departure.
- If a customer requests another visit, new visit charges (PKR 1000) and labor/work charges will apply.
4. Parts Replacement
- If any part of the appliance needs to be replaced, the cost of the new part will be borne by the customer.
- We ensure the use of genuine or high-quality parts and provide clarity regarding their cost beforehand.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments made for visits, services, or parts are non-refundable.
- Payment must be made on the spot once the job is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Technician Accountability
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every service.
- If a mistake or error occurs due to the technician’s fault, the technician will be held accountable and will bear the cost of correction. Customers will not be charged again for the same issue if proven.
- All technicians are trained and expected to deliver quality workmanship with integrity.
7. Data Privacy
- Your shared location, contact details, and service-related data will be used only for service purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.
- We maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of your personal information.
